DanceFit- Dance fitness is a type of group exercise class that incorporates some or many forms of dance. It's an aerobic workout, divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity. The overall intensity of a class varies depending on the style you're doing.
BootCamp- Saturday morning Bootcamp is a type of group physical training program conducted by Christian. Each week the class specializes in a different type of exercise...from Tabata to HIIT to Cardio to Weight training. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness.
